How long do I have access to video courses?
You receive at least 12 months of access from the date of enrollment. We aim to keep access available longer whenever feasible.
Are materials included?
Video courses do not include materials. In-person workshops provide all materials and safety equipment during the session.
Do you offer certificates?
Select courses include a completion certificate as noted in the catalog. Certificates recognize learning completion only.
Can beginners join safely?
Absolutely. Our foundational lessons emphasize PPE, careful lye handling, and measured pacing for calm learning.
What is your refund policy?
For video courses, we offer a 7-day review period if less than 20% of content has been viewed. In-person workshops require 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Do you teach hot process methods?
Yes—our “Hot Process Comforts” course explores fluid HP strategies and scent retention.
Is there community support?
We periodically host Q&A circles and recommend peer learning channels. Check the catalog for live sessions.
